Our goal is to find the correct channel(s) to prosecute the EA and anyone affiliated with her to the maximum extent within the law. Also, we would like to recover damages for our time and recover dollars lost by people that we referred to her.
The investigator said he will call us back next Tuesday December 8, 2009 and hopefully the gentleman in the AG’s office will start working on our case.
We will update you when we hear back from either one or both of them.

Hi everybody. We have spoken with close to a dozen lawyers about the EA and they all want substantial retainer fees. We decided to contact the local county prosecutor where she lives and where she has her main office. He is going to initiate an investigation and call us back. He told us not to contact the sheriff’s office yet.
We will notify you when we hear back from someone in the county prosecutor’s office.

Hi everybody. We are speaking with a law firm. They have indicated to us that they have negotiated a settlement with the EA in 2008 in favor of their client. They have asked for a large retainer and we are making them a counter offer. Also, there is a meeting between the attorney and the local county prosecutor scheduled for next week.

11 - 7 - 09 update
Greetings everybody.
We have contacted a former state attorney general, who is now an attorney in the EA’s home state and we have contacted a public prosecutor in the EA’s county where she has her main office. We are waiting to hear back from them. We emailed a summary of our complaint to secretaries and or paralegals in their offices.
Also, we have an appointment Monday with a reputable trial attorney who works in the state capital where her home office is located. We are making the maximum effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for everybody. We will let you know how everything goes next week. Please know that we have contacted people at the highest levels of the legal system.
We are extremely frustrated. We are getting 10+ phone calls and or emails a day regarding this issue and we have spent hundreds of hours doing damage control. Please refrain from contacting us about the status of your file/money until we get more information from our legal counsel. We will let you know exactly what your options are as soon as we discover the various solutions/options that are available to you.
People who are requesting refunds need to understand that she has the money and we are trying to get a refund. Everybody was approved so there was no money being held in a trust. The refund was only going to occur for people who were not approved.

11-1-09 DDP update and more effective debt reduction programs
Hi everybody. We made significant progress in contacting people who are in a similar position with the EA as we are. Also, we spoke with people in a city where she has one of her offices. We are doing fact finding and we have gathered a lot of data. We are prepared to:
1 – Make a final demand for proof, results, and or a refund for all DDP participants
2 – Start Federal litigation against the EA
This is a very sensitive situation because the saga has some complicated twists and turns that involve multiple people in multiple states who have either lied to us and or been part of the problem.
As soon as we are able to divulge more details to you we will do so. Our legal counsel has advised us to keep you apprised of the situation without getting you directly involved in the legal process yet.
Meanwhile, we continue to improve our menu of debt reduction/dismissal products. Our most exciting one now is the Loan Document Audit (LDA). 83% of mortgages funded in the 2000’s have federal violations. Based on those violations (NOT proof of income) we are able to stop foreclosures, we are able to get people principal balance reductions and we are able to get payment and interest rate reductions for people. We have some proof and we are asking our source to provide a summary so we can accurately display the details for you. We can tell you that the proof shows an example of a homeowner who received a principal reduction of close to 65% of the original balance.
The other program that we are very enthusiastic about is the Business Credit System (BCS). This program is based on people getting true business credit that is all NON-personally guaranteed. Most business credit consultants give you the applications to get the standard personal credit cards with the business name on it. Our partner in many cases is able to get people a seasoned corporation and up to $150,000 in credit (to be used for anything including business expansion, business start up costs, inventory, payroll, etc.). The first phase is can be achieved in between 60 -120 days. Also, he has developed a unique method of “cloning” whereby he may be able to get your corporation double, triple or even more credit by following a proven system that is a separate phase of the BCS. Past business owners have been able to get in upwards of $300,000 - $500,000 in their first six months of following the BCS. Cloning has enabled people to reach millions in available credit. One of the best parts of the BCS is the fact that our partner and his staff do all of the work, meaning you will never have to complete an application and or speak with an underwriter. The BCS is great for people who already own a business, it is great for people who do not own a business but wish to purchase one and it works for people who just want available capital with no restrictions on the use of the funds.
Another successful business that we have seen many positive results from (including people in the group) is our (partner’s) short sale process. He is able to delay (for several months) foreclosure auctions and trustee’s sales if necessary. Also, he can effectively earn people cash for referrals of homeowners who have given up and are walking away from their homes. He has 15+ years of experience in the industry. He is not a realtor and he is not a mortgage broker or a lawyer. He has unique connections inside most banks and his experience enables him to produce successful results where most other people in the industry fail because they are in the slow line with everyone else at the bank.
Finally, and perhaps our most exciting prospect for changing people’s lives, is the E-B home loan. This group is allowing people to qualify for (purchase or refinance) home loans with no credit scoring, no asset verification and no equity requirements. Their mission is to put the people with the most financial trouble at the top of their priority list and keep them in their homes. The total cost to the consumer to close on the home loan is $2,000. The best part of the E-B home loan is that the rate is 2.875% interest only and the pay back period to become debt free is projected to be approximately 15 years with no balloon payment at the end of the term. This is being offered through a private organization that was founded by a philanthropist.
An example of a typical scenario is a family with a current mortgage amount of $400,000 and a current appraised value of $250,000. E-B home loans will pay off the current lender with cash and the homeowner will now only owe $250,000 with a substantially reduced and fixed rate and a substantially reduced and fixed payment.

Hi everybody. The good news is that we have found a company that is directly affiliated with a Law Firm that does business in all 50 states doing forensic loan audits on home loan docs. The company’s underwriters perform a brief review of peoples’ mortgage documents at no cost to determine if there are federal violations.
There is an 83% chance that during an audit at least one violation will be discovered, which is enough to pursue a “loan workout” with the lender. Should you wish to proceed, the company will prepare an audit for people seeking payment reduction (contact the person who introduced you for a list of necessary documents, pricing, FAQ, and contracts). The company makes written demands seeking proposed settlement to the lenders.
90% of the time the lender substantially reduces the rate, payments and principal balance without going to court. We have PROOF and we will provide it once we get more detailed information regarding the circumstances (taxes, insurance, terms of previous loan, etc.) of the loan workout. The one illustration that we have shows a more than 66% reduction in the principal mortgage balance. We are expecting to receive more samples from the law firm soon.
The loan doc audit process STOPS foreclosures (must be applied for at least 14 business days before the sale) and allows people to stay in their homes for many months (results will vary) without having to make monthly mortgage payments. Most importantly in some cases, it allows people to remain in their homes with more affordable payments.
We are starting a very aggressive approach in communicating with the EA this week. We will keep you apprised of the results of our strategy. Please be patient with us as we are doing everything in our power to make progress with the accounting firm. No posts on this blog means we have no “news”.

Hi everybody.
We have been in communication with the EA’s office and we are trying to get the:
1 - exact start dates for the latest submissions.
2 – status on a certain bank (B of A) that the EA was working with to get modifications as a stop gap measure to delay foreclosures and short sales while the DDP is going through on those loans.
3 – proof of previous successful account results (from other DDP participants not referred by us).
Also, we have been working on some other exciting things for the group while we have been pressing the EA’s office for 1-3:
4 – We have been connected to a preferred SBA loan source (see DDP agent gmail for more info.). These funds could be used for keeping a mortgage paid during the DDP, running or a expanding a business, or anything else that a potential participant may need capital for - now. There are unsecured loans with short form apps as well, the Community Express and the Patriot Express.
5 – We are direct to a group that is funding business lines of credit for people with NO PERSONAL GUARANTEES. This is important because a lot of people cannot qualify for personally guaranteed funds.
A – There is a process (with one of our business/credit experts – NOW partners) that involves getting personal credit RESTORED which takes an average of 45-90 days in most cases
B - There are several levels of Corporate Structure that have varying degrees of credit available, up to 500K (and unlimited potential funds depending on circumstances including company size, available funds in corporate bank accounts, etc).
6 – We just got introduced to a membership association in CA that is purchasing a bank and they are already funding mortgages in CA and NV with their own FUNDS. Here are some more details about the loans:
A –100% LTV (loan to value) and they do work with 911’s! The highest priority loans (first funded) will be for people who were recently or who are currently involved in a foreclosure and or who may have already lost a home.
B – Common sense underwriting (if people can show logical proof of income to pay the VERY LOW PAYMENT – they will get the loan)
C – INTEREST ONLY (loan amount multiplied by rate divided by 12 = payment) with taxes, insurance and a small maintenance fee included in the (one) monthly payment
D – Principal NEVER due at end of loan or - EVER!
E – The [current] interest only rate is less than 3% - YES 3%!
E – The maximum loan amount is $1.5 million
F – The loans will only be available for homes in CA and NV to begin, but the lender is going to be able to lend in all 50 states in 2010 (moving to NM, AZ, and other western states SOON).
G – The mortgages are available for home purchases and refinances.
H – They will finance properties that are titled as business entities
I – We will be releasing more information about the new mortgage loans very soon. One of our friends of friends has already visited the firm’s offices in CA and NV and they have met with the founders/owners. They are 98% ready to launch with applications, all details, etc.
7 – We are hopeful that we will send out another blog update this week with good news regarding the DDP! We are doing everything we can do to get the EA to speed up the DDP and produce results!

Greetings everybody. We appreciate your patience during this period of streamlining and improving the DDP. We have just done a complete update to all of the forms and we have created a few new ones too.
1 – Please destroy or discard all form 100’s, FAQ’s, and form 300’s that are not dated 9-29-09 or a more recent date. Agents, please destroy or discard all form 100's, FAQ’s, SA’s and form 300s that are not dated 9-29-09 or a more recent date. The new forms are complete and will be uploaded for agents once we receive an email that states... "I have deleted all my old TCP and DDP forms" This will end (once and for all) the use of out dated forms. Any submissions with out dated forms will not be processed. i.e. Form 300 with the 40 dollar fee for couples, the new price is 30 dollars.
2 – Please read the revised FAQ several times before you ask us questions. We have added some details regarding the AGIP (adjusted gross income process). We have some other avenues for people to participate in our processes. We are accepting:
A - People who want to participate in the AGIP only (if they don’t have debt)
B – People who have unsecured debt and don’t own property
3 – We are still working on speeding up the processing time for new files. Also, we are trying to get letters for the 911’s and relief for people who have accounts with certain creditors.
4 – We expect to see results on our initial submitted files (7-09) any day.
5 – PLEASE DO NOT ASK US FOR THE STATUS OF YOUR FILE – we will update you as soon as we have information on your file. If you don’t hear from us that ONLY MEANS THAT THERE IS NO NEWS. We will inform you when he have good news. We are using our time productively to work with people who have urgent pending legal issues. 1 – we have recently made significant progress in streamlining the DDP with the EA
A – we will no longer require participants to mail us the original signed 1096’s
B – instead, everybody will be required to complete (by typing the required information) the 2848, print the document (2 pages), sign it in BLUE INK and scan and email it back or upload it into the agent’s g-docs
C – this will save many people a lot time as we streamline and fine tune this process
A – we have been told that this will be a temporary (band-aid) reduction/restructuring and that the DDP will ultimately deliver a more significant reduction/restructuring (surgery)
B – please keep in mind that we will need a copy of any and all correspondence (with positive results as a results of the DDP), statements, etc. from each of your lenders as you receive them in the mail, by e-mail, online, etc. - we will use these documents for many reasons including calculation of fees, calculation of commissions, proof (of course after we have whited out any personal information), etc.

Greetings Everybody.
1 – Those of you waiting for your 1096’s from the EA should receive them in September.
2 – We will be accepting accounts with multiple users (for participants who have submitted their fees/file) without having to include all of the accounts for each person on the account. Example – Mother has her file submitted and is a participant in the DDP. Her son is a joint or authorized user with her on one specific account. We’ll need the son’s name exactly as it appears on the contract with the creditor and we’ll need his ss number too.
3 – Please tell the people who are waiting for results that we should start seeing some accounts dismissed/restructured in September. There are many people waiting so there is going to be a huge surge of files submitted during the next few weeks. Those people who have their entire file ready to go will be at the top of the stack. Those people who are procrastinating and don’t have their files together may experience delays due to the high volume of DDP new file submissions that we anticipate seeing in September and beyond.
4 - We are anticipating having access (soon) to lists of creditors that are easier to dismiss than others so we can give better estimates to people of dismissals/reductions.
5 – We are anticipating having access (soon) to a large database of creditor EIN numbers. This will save agents some time in preparing the DDP submission forms.
6 – We learned that sometimes the EA works on the original creditor and in some cases the EA may work with the collection agency so please include as much information as possible on each account when submitting the DDP submission form
7 – We added another company to our group that can substantially delay potential foreclosure sales. We know of many different ways to postpone foreclosure sales so please contact us for a detailed analysis of any particular situation.
8 – There is a seasoning requirement for all secured accounts 90 days (at least two payments must be made before submitting the account into the DDP)
9 – Reminder for everyone - Please review the Service Agreement regarding the non- circumvention and non-disclosure requirements. Also, please review the confidentiality portions of the agreement (items 12 and 15). The reason we have the relationships we have is because we have agreed to such terms ourselves.
10 – We are accepting new DDP participants who only have unsecured debt and or who only want to receive a refund (of line 37 on the first page of their 1040’s either 2005, 2006, & 2007 or 2006, 2007, & 2008). The minimum up front fee for these files is $1500 and the standard 20% success fee applies to these files. We will review the DDP submission forms and do up front estimates for each file. They will have a higher fee if there is a married couple involved and or there are an extraordinary amount of accounts. People who are expecting higher than average refund checks may have higher up front fees too. The refund checks may be between 25%-35%.
11 – Many of you are referring people to us. Please make sure that your referrals have either listened to the recorded call, read the FAQ’s and or read the blog. This will save everybody a lot of time.
12 – Many people are experiencing varying levels of financial hardship. The DDP is a great opportunity for those people to refer participants to generate income for their own up front fees (to submit their own file into the DDP) and their own monthly expenses. This may be a very lucrative business for those people who want to be part of the solution for other people’s debt problems.
Thanks for your patience and thanks to the hard working people who are submitting files and referring new participants. We are working very hard on improving the speed of the DDP. We hope that we will have some more good news very soon.
