Happy 2010 everybody. We spoke with the prosecutor's offices chief investigator today and he informed us that the investigator who is working on the case has been gathering a lot of evidence the past few weeks for a possible indictment. There is a very strong case because many people who live close to the EA’s offices have been victims of this white collar crime. We will update the blog after we speak with the investigators next week.

Hi everybody. The investigator called us back yesterday and told us that he had spoken with a former FBI agent, who now works in the Attorney General’s office in the EA’s home state. This gentleman is very interested in our case.


Our goal is to find the correct channel(s) to prosecute the EA and anyone affiliated with her to the maximum extent within the law. Also, we would like to recover damages for our time and recover dollars lost by people that we referred to her.

The investigator said he will call us back next Tuesday December 8, 2009 and hopefully the gentleman in the AG’s office will start working on our case.

We will update you when we hear back from either one or both of them.

Greetings everybody. We received a phone call from an investigator who works in the county prosecutor’s office (where the EA has her main office). He was following up for the county’s chief prosecutor, who we spoke with 2 weeks ago. We spoke with him for about half an hour. He has contacted several other government agencies about the case with the EA. There are more than 100 people (who gave her money) involved and the people live in many different states. It is complicated because there are both civil and criminal elements involved in the case. The investigator is going to make some more phone calls during the next 3 days and call us on Thursday. We will send out another update when we have some more information for you.
