Greetings everybody. We called one of the lead federal agents involved in the ongoing investigation into the case against the tax preparation firm (ea) and possibly others (who may have been co-conspirators with her). Many of you, and possibly all of you, recently had surprise visits by cooperating federal agents in your area. All of the testimony and information is being compiled from the nationwide (information gathering) blitz. We were told that the government agencies that are involved in this investigation are very busy and that this is only one of their cases, in other words don’t hold your breath waiting for the government to deliver any positive results to us.

We’ll provide you with any important information as soon as it becomes available to us.

DDP Blog 4 - 23 - 10

Greetings everybody. The federal authorities are escalating their emphasis on our case. They have made two unannounced visits to peoples’ homes (that we know of) who were referred to the DDP by us. Please be ready to answer some questions and please be ready for a visit to your residence by federal authorities. They are only trying to gather data against the EA and the people who helped to commit the fraud that we all got lured into by the (academy award winning like) liars.

3-22-10 update

Greetings everybody. We left messages for the local county prosecutors/investigators in the EA’s home county last week. We received a return call from the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s agent who has been working on the case. She said that they are continuing to gather evidence/data and she asked us to please remain patient while they do their jobs.

We are fully aware of the fact that you want a refund. The matter is now in the hands of FEDERAL authorities. Please do not contact us and please forward this message to EVERYBODY who was referred to us as a result of your recommendation/effort.

Greetings everybody. We confirmed with the local prosecutor’s office lead investigator that your contact information has been received by the various offices for the case against the EA. Also, he advised us that they have been very busy lately and they will be contacting you as soon as they can get to the file.

Greetings everybody. Monday was an interesting day. We spoke with some very serious people in the law enforcement field and they represented three different agencies. They asked us to give them a list of names, addresses and phone numbers of people who we referred to the EA. You may be contacted soon by law enforcement agencies and you may be asked some simple questions about your experience with us and about your experience with the EA.

Please cooperate with the agency(ies) when they contact you. Your testimony will help them put the EA and her accomplices/partners (including the person in Tennessee) where they belong…….PLEASE keep this information to yourself and keep it confidential because if the word gets out about the investigation to the EA or her accomplices (including the person in Tennessee), they could try to avoid/evade the situation.

Happy 2010 everybody. We spoke with the prosecutor's offices chief investigator today and he informed us that the investigator who is working on the case has been gathering a lot of evidence the past few weeks for a possible indictment. There is a very strong case because many people who live close to the EA’s offices have been victims of this white collar crime. We will update the blog after we speak with the investigators next week.

Hi everybody. The investigator called us back yesterday and told us that he had spoken with a former FBI agent, who now works in the Attorney General’s office in the EA’s home state. This gentleman is very interested in our case.


Our goal is to find the correct channel(s) to prosecute the EA and anyone affiliated with her to the maximum extent within the law. Also, we would like to recover damages for our time and recover dollars lost by people that we referred to her.

The investigator said he will call us back next Tuesday December 8, 2009 and hopefully the gentleman in the AG’s office will start working on our case.

We will update you when we hear back from either one or both of them.
