Hi everybody. We are speaking with a law firm. They have indicated to us that they have negotiated a settlement with the EA in 2008 in favor of their client. They have asked for a large retainer and we are making them a counter offer. Also, there is a meeting between the attorney and the local county prosecutor scheduled for next week.

We have substantially narrowed the field down to a few different options. We are still in the discovery phase as we continue to search for options for us. We will keep you updated as new information becomes available to us.
